Easy Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

Hello! I finally have a new healthy and super yummy snack I want to share. This is the easiest thing in the world do make and its filling and delicious. Below you’ll find the ingredients and how to prepare it. There are no portions on here because it all depends how much you want. I suggest to make about half a bowl to prevent yourself from eating too much because it’s so addicting!


  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh mozzarella
  • Olive oil
  • Dried basil
  • Salt


  1. Cut cherry tomatoes into small pieces and place in a bowl
  2. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and add to tomatoes
  3. Drizzle olive oil- not too much but just enough to lightly coat the tomatoes and mozzarella- over the salad and mix
  4. Sprinkle dried basil and salt to taste and mix again
  5. I recommend refrigerating it for at least a half hour to really make it tasty
  6. Enjoy!
