Greek Style Turkey Burgers with Yogurt Sauce

I love making burgers now! Turkey burgers are super healthy and you can put whatever you want in them and it will be AMAZING. The key to every burger, however, is the topping. This topping is delicious… I will probably make it again and figure out what else I can put it on! I will say that mint is in the original recipe, but I don’t add that because I don’t like mint too much.

These are super easy to make and they can be a crowd pleaser. Another idea would be to make them into sliders and serving them as appetizers at a party. YUM!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Burgers
    • 1 lb ground turkey
    • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
    • 1 tablespoon milk
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • ½ teaspoon fine grain salt
    • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Sauce
    • 6 oz container plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • ½ teaspoon fine grain salt

INGREDIENTS:

  1. In a large bowl combine turkey, feta cheese, mint, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Using your hands mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Divide meat mixture into 4 parts and shape into patties.
  4. Heat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the burgers until cooked through and the inside of the burger is no longer pink.
  6. Meanwhile, make the yogurt sauce- combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Take a taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve burgers with a dollop of sauce on the side or on top.
