Aug. 2 Food Log

Today I slept in WAY too late (whoops again!). I missed breakfast- which is the most important meal of the day. But breakfast food is my favorite. So I had breakfast for lunch!

Lunch:

  • Coffee with cream and sugar
  • 2 pieces of oatmeal toast
  • The oatmeal toast I got only has 45 calories so that it’s healthier and assists in portion controlimage

Snack:

  • 1 Fuji Apple sliced
  • 1/3 cup of peanut butter

Dinner:

  • I made some yummy homemade shrimp tacos!! I’ll post the recipe shortly 

Oops… I had some dessert 😉

  • Coffee with cream and sugar (I might be an addict)
  • Noosa salted caramel yogurt

Aug. 1 Food Log

So today I had a mini cheat day with my breakfast and dinner (whoops!)

Breakfast:

  • Coffee with cream and sugar
  • Sandwich
    • Toasted oatmeal bread
    • Low-fat mayo
    • 1 slice of american kraft cheese
    • 2 slices of thin pork roll
    • 1 egg (scrambled with a little almond milk in it)

Lunch:

  • Homemade guacamole
    • 1 avocado
    • 1/8 cup of a tomato
    • 1/8 cup of finely chopped onion
    • Pinch of salt
    • Teaspoon of lime juice
  • Sea salt veggie chips

Snack:

  • A handful of kalamata olives

Dinner (we went to ‘Urban Spoon’ in Basking Ridge, NJ):

  • Hot spinach dip
  • Fish burrito
    • Salmon, shrimp, spinach, chipotle mayo, sour cream
